昨天才刚自己确定的怀孕, 心情就已经经历了起起伏伏了好几次. 想着才刚知道, 就要说已经一个月了, 就觉得有点怪怪的; 还老对着镜子看肚子, 是不是大啦? 老公只说, 那是你的肉! 呵呵.
昨天下午老公下班回家, 我刚告诉他的时候, 他以为我骗他, 和他开玩笑; 我就拿中队长的试纸给他看, 还问他要不要当面小便测试纸给他看, 他才相信!
看帖子上说, 5周大的宝宝就像苹果籽那么大; 可我怎么总感觉小腹涨涨的, 还觉得大了很多; 也许是心理暗示在起作用吧!
现在的妊娠反应还很小, 就是胃口不好, 吃不下东西; 叶酸和钙片还在吃, 苹果每天也都吃, 还有花生也吃. 可能还要吃核桃. 我在考虑到底要不要买防辐射的围裙来穿? 主要是怕单位的破烂电脑和家里的无限网络!
偶尔的时候在想: 我的宝宝到底是男孩还是女孩? 我很好奇.
我还有点[b]担心[/b]的事还有:
现在还没有到医院去做相关的检查, 怕宝宝会不会有问题, 不好? 等下到坛子里去搜一下, 第一次产检到底什么时候做比较合适?
我的准生证还没办, 也不知道到哪里去办, 怎么办? 需要哪些手续? 该打听打听了.
哦, 还有一件让我十分[b]困惑[/b]的事情:
我老公不让我告诉身边的人, 我的好消息; 说是肚子大了才告诉别人; 不知道他这是什么心理?!也许是怕别人问来问去吧. 弄的我现在郁闷极了, 也只有在这里说说, 让大家分享一下我的喜悦了!

昨天下午4点多的时候，左腹部有一阵子疼痛，后来好了
明显的发现现在很容易气短，很容易觉得累，而且有贫血的现象 我站着看也开心```

容易累是正常的!过了前三个月就好转了~
是否贫血这个问题在怀孕期间要注意的!
最好去医院抽血查一下血液含铁量,平时多吃绿色蔬菜,比如西兰花,菠菜,尽量多吃红肉,全麦面包等,这些都是补铁的!
注意通风!
怀孕后期如果还是贫血的话,容易造成产程大出血的~
一定要注意 我也有点贫血感觉头晕晕的，不过我在吃铁质叶酸片，觉得还不错。 楼主老公说不告诉别人是对地，我就是刚怀孕就告诉身边的人，结果基本没肚子，很多人用异样的眼光看着我，嘿嘿，楼主加油！楼主的宝宝加油！[6.gif]
