这一步很关键:先用手把面片边缘按紧,然后要象包饺子一样把两块面皮捏紧,否则的话饼放到锅里后里面的蛋液会渗出来。

平底锅放油晃匀,饼饼下锅,一定要用小火,否则外焦里生
